On behalf of Leo, and the entire Pasta Plus family, we would like to thank all of you very, very much for participating in our wine tasting fundraiser to support Leo. Due to your overwhelming generosity, we were able to raise over $18,500 for Leo and his family. We are deeply appreciative for all of your support. Thank you, again, very, very much and have a happy holiday season!

Dear Valued Pasta Plus Customers,

 

Many of you know Leo, one of our most wonderful and dedicated waiters who has been with us for over 10 years.  We are sad to inform you that he is very ill with cancer of the esophagus.  He has not been able to work since September to support his family.

 

Many of you have asked how we can help Leo.  So, with your support, Pasta Plus and its staff will sponsor a Funraising event with wine tasting and finger foods on Monday, November 23, from 6:30 to 9:30PM. An excellent selection of fine wines from the Piemonte region is being donated by Anna Abbona, owner of Marchese di Barolo winery.  And the food will be donated by Pasta Plus.

 

We hope that you will be as generous as possible with your donations. All proceeds will go towards supporting Leo during these difficult times. Those who are not able to attend and would like to support Leo can forward their contributions to:

Pasta Plus would like to thank everyone who helped us raise money for earthquake relief efforts in the Abruzzo region of Italy, where owners Massimo & Sabatino Mazziotti were born and raised. The past month has shown how truly generous Pasta Plus customers are. We raised over $13,000 on the night of our special Earthquake Relief Wine Dinner, due to everyone's exceedingly generous contributions. And the donations did not stop coming afterwards. We never could have imagined that we would be able to raise as much money as we did. 100% of this money is being donated to those affected by the tragic earthquake that ocurred in Abruzzo on April 6th, and we know that it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, again, very much.
